La autorización de regreso se entregará, presentando el resguardo, al interesado, que deberá acreditar su identidad, salvo en los supuestos siguientes:
• Minoría de edad o incapacidad: la autorización de regreso podrá ser recogida por su representante legal debidamente acreditado.
• Imposibilidad acreditada de comparecencia personal por enfermedad o impedimento físico (acreditado mediante certificado médico o informe hospitalario suscrito por médico colegiado): la autorización de regreso podrá ser recogida en este caso con poder notarial de representación.
Los certificados se entregarán, presentando el resguardo, al interesado, que deberá acreditar su identidad, o a su representante debidamente acreditado.

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.
If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.
Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.
