POLICIA-CERTIFICADOS (DE RESIDENCIA, DE NO RESIDENCIA Y DE CONCORDANCIA)

COMMON REQUIREMENTS Application completed on the free official form EX-15 (pdf), original and copy, specifying the reason for needing the certificate. Proof of the appointment: A printout or a screenshot from the mobile phone will be accepted.
Fee model 790 (code 012) of the Directorate-General of the Police, paid at any bank. The form must be downloaded directly from the internet at the following link: https://sede.policia.gob.es:38089/Tasa790_012/ The fee must indicate "Certificates or reports issued at the request of the interested party".
The fee payment document CANNOT be photocopied. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE: This is a personal procedure.

Valid Spanish DNI. If the application is made by power of attorney, a notarial power of attorney, legalised and translated if the notary who issued it is not in Spain, and a legalised copy of the DNI will be provided.
READ CAREFULLY Only one person will be attended per appointment requested (Mandatory). The document will be delivered to the interested party or authorised person from the fifth working day after its request.
An original and a copy of all documentation must be provided. All documentation must be submitted in Spanish.

CERTIFICADO DE RESIDENCIA: Se trata de un trámite personal. Debe acudir el interesado.
• Pasaporte en vigor o documento original de identidad de su país de origen (este último solamente para ciudadanos de países de la UE).
• Tarjeta de residencia en España en vigor o si se encuentra caducada copia de la solicitud de la renovación de dicha residencia.
CERTIFICADO DE NO RESIDENCIA: Se trata de un trámite personal. Debe acudir el interesado.
• Pasaporte en vigor o documento original de identidad de su país de origen (este último solamente para ciudadanos de países de la UE).
• Justificante de entrada en España si entró en territorio Schengen por otro país.

CERTIFICADO DE CONCORDANCIA: Para el supuesto de que se haya tenido número de NIE y ahora se disponga de documento nacional de identidad DNI.

• Si la solicitud se realiza mediante apoderamiento se aportará poder notarial legalizado y traducido si el notario que lo realizó no está en España, y copia legalizada del DNI.
