POLICIA-CARTA DE INVITACIÓN

In accordance with Order PRE/1283/2007 of 10 May, and implementing regulations, the documentation to be submitted must be the following: Application form for each of the guests, completed with all the data (If the invitation is addressed to two or more people, it must be stated that the dwelling is habitable for all of them).
Valid documentation of the host (ID card or passport). In the case of a foreigner, in addition to the passport, they must provide an EU registration certificate or foreigner identity card.
Title proving the availability of the dwelling (lease title, deed of sale or any other proving that situation). All documentation must be original and accompanied by a photocopy.
During the processing of the application, any other additional documentation may be requested. The applicant must address the application to the Police Station of their place of residence, which will be competent for processing and issuance.
NOTE: For cases exclusively of EU Citizens who do not have a passport but do have identity documents, they may enter the number of that document in the PASSPORT field. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to avoid unnecessary trips, please note that procedures pertaining to the National Police Force will only attend those whose applications correspond to citizens residing in the province of Madrid.
In the case of Letter of Invitation applications, the applicant must address the application to the Police Station of their place of residence; in the case of the city of Madrid, the competent body is the District Police Station corresponding to the address where the host is registered.

Conforme la Orden PRE/1283/2007 de 10 de mayo, y normativa de desarrollo, la documentación a presentar debe de ser la siguiente:
• Impreso de solicitud por cada uno de los invitados, cumplimentado con todos los datos (Si la invitación va dirigida a dos o más personas se tiene que hacer constar que la vivienda es habitable para todas ellas).
• Documentación del invitante en vigor (DNI o pasaporte). En caso de extranjero, además de pasaporte debe aportar certificado de registro de la UE o tarjeta de identidad de extranjero.
• Título que acredite la disponibilidad de la vivienda (título de arrendamiento, escritura de compraventa o cualquier otro que acredite dicha situación).
• Toda la documentación debe ser original y acompañada de fotocopia.
• En la fase de instrucción de la solicitud, le podrá ser requerida cualquier otra documentación adicional.
• El solicitante deberá de dirigir la solicitud a la Comisaría de Policía de su lugar de residencia, la cual será la competente para la tramitación y expedición
NOTA: Para aquellos casos exclusivamente de Ciudadanos UE que no dispongan de pasaporte y si de documentos de identidad, podrán introducir el número de dicho documento en el campo PASAPORTE
AVISO IMPORTANTE:
Con objeto de evitar desplazamientos innecesarios, se informa de que los trámites pertenecientes al Cuerpo Nacional de Policía serán atendidos únicamente aquellos cuyas solicitudes correspondan a ciudadanos que residan en la provincia de Madrid.
En el caso de las solicitudes de Carta de Invitación el solicitante deberá dirigir la solicitud a la Comisaría de Policía de su lugar de residencia, siendo competente en el caso de la ciudad de Madrid, la Comisaría de Distrito que corresponda con el domicilio donde esté empadronado el invitante

We search and book your appointment with the details from the form. After you submit, we text you a tracking link so you can check status, make changes or cancel. When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.
It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.
The management fee is €18.90 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €23.90). That fee is charged only if we secure your appointment. If you already have another active request, each extra one costs €5.00 up front (non-refundable). Official government fees are not included.

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by WhatsApp: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.
If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.
Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.
