POLICIA-CARTA DE INVITACIÓN

WARNING:
Only the person named on the appointment will be attended. The prior appointment ticket can only be collected up to 30 minutes before the assigned time.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR YOUR APPLICATION: - Complete the relevant application in clear block letters (all fields mandatory or it will not be processed). You can download it here (pdf). - Submit Original and Copy: - Host: - Public deed or title of ownership, or Lease agreement. - Collective registration certificate showing how many people live in the dwelling. - Guest: It is advisable to provide a copy of their passport to avoid identification errors. The Invitation Letter will be delivered about a week after applying, with collection time; it can only be collected by the applicant. A maximum stay period of 90 days in Spain may be required.

Únicamente se atenderá a la persona a cuyo nombre figure la cita. Solo se podrá sacar el tique de la cita previa con una antelación de 30 minutos a la hora asignada.
DOCUMENTACIÓN REQUERIDA PARA SU SOLICITUD: - Rellenar la solicitud pertinente: con letra clara de imprenta (imprescindible cumplimentar todos los campos o no será tramitada). Puede descargarla aquí (pdf). - Presentar Original y Copia: - Invitante: - Escritura pública o título en propiedad, o Contrato de arrendamiento. - Certificado de empadronamiento colectivo acreditativo del número de personas que conviven en la vivienda. - Invitado: Se aconseja aportar copia de su Pasaporte, para evitar errores de filiación. La Carta de Invitación se entregará a la semana de realizar su solicitud indicándole hora de recogida y sólo podrá ser entregada a su solicitante. Se podrá requerir por un periodo máximo de 90 días de estancia en España.

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.
If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.
