Procedure information

Pursuant to Order PRE/1283/2007 of 10 May, and its implementing regulations, the documentation to be submitted must be as follows:

Application form (pdf) for each invitee, completed with all details (If the invitation is for two or more people, it must be stated that the dwelling is habitable for all of them).
Valid documentation of the host (DNI or passport). For foreigners, in addition to the passport they must provide an EU registration certificate or foreigner identity card.
Document proving availability of the dwelling (lease agreement, deed of sale, or any other document proving that situation).
All documentation must be original.
During the processing of the application, any other additional documentation may be required.

Conforme la Orden PRE/1283/2007 de 10 de mayo, y normativa de desarrollo, la documentación a presentar debe de ser la siguiente:

• Impreso de solicitud (pdf) por cada uno de los invitados, cumplimentado con todos los datos (Si la invitación va dirigida a dos o más personas se tiene que hacer constar que la vivienda es habitable para todas ellas).

• Documentación del invitante en vigor (DNI o pasaporte). En caso de extranjero, además de pasaporte debe aportar certificado de registro de la UE o tarjeta de identidad de extranjero.

• Título que acredite la disponibilidad de la vivienda (título de arrendamiento, escritura de compraventa o cualquier otro que acredite dicha situación).

• Toda la documentación debe ser original.

• En la fase de instrucción de la solicitud, le podrá ser requerida cualquier otra documentación adicional.

Frequently asked questions

How does your service work?

We search and book your appointment with the details from the form. After you submit, we text you a tracking link so you can check status, make changes or cancel. When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.

How much does it cost?

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Do I have to pay before I have the appointment?

No. First we book the appointment; then you pay.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.

I already have a pending appointment. Can I still use the service?

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.

Can I keep searching on my own?

Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.

What documents do I need?

It depends on the procedure and province. The procedure page includes the official information. We are not a law firm or administrative agency.
