No. Commission applies to individuals who book and pay for their own appointment on yatengocita.com. Appointments you manage through the portal with your company balance do not earn commission, and self-referrals are detected and cancelled.
From the portal: request a payout, upload your invoice (we provide the exact details and breakdown) and we transfer the amount to your Spanish IBAN, or credit it to your company balance. For individuals, Spanish income tax withholding (IRPF) is applied as required by law.
No. Any company or self-employed professional with a Spanish tax ID (NIF) can take part: travel agencies, call shops, academies, associations, law and consulting firms, content creators and more.
They don't pay, so no commission is due. Payment — and your commission — only applies once the appointment is confirmed.
Yes. In the business portal you register the client's appointment (DNI, passport or immigration), choose the office and dates, and receive the confirmation on WhatsApp. It is charged to your prepaid balance and invoiced to your company.
