No immigration or fingerprint appointments available: how to get one
The message «En este momento no hay citas disponibles» does not mean none will appear: slots free up throughout the day and run out within minutes. The key is checking every office in your province that offers the procedure, at the right moment.
Why you see no appointments
- You only check one office: other police stations in the same province may have a slot sooner.
- You check at a fixed time: slots appear at any hour and go fast.
- You chose the wrong procedure: to renew your card the appointment is «Toma de huellas (expedición de tarjeta)».
How to get one
You can repeat the search on the official site several times a day across every office in your province. Or let us do it: we search continuously and book in your name the moment a slot opens; we notify you by WhatsApp and you only pay if we get it.
Remember the TIE can only be issued in your province of residence: the search widens to offices, not to other provinces.
