DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT

Official application form (EX-18) in duplicate, duly completed and signed by the Union citizen. This form can be obtained at this link.
Valid passport or National Identity Document of the country of origin (original and photocopy).
Documentation proving:
Being an employee (employer's hiring declaration, or employment certificate, or employment contract registered with the Public Employment Service, or document of registration or equivalent status under the corresponding Social Security scheme, or consent to verification of those data in the application itself). Original and photocopy.
Being self-employed (registration in the census of economic activities or registration in the commercial register, or document of registration or equivalent status under the corresponding Social Security scheme, or consent to verification of those data in the application itself). Original and photocopy.
Being a student (health insurance must be proven; a mere statement that one has it is not enough by ticking the box referred to on the information sheet. The content of that information sheet will be reviewed, as well as documentation proving sufficient resources for the student and their family members during the period of residence in Spain, or submission of a responsible declaration to that effect, and also enrolment at a public or private educational institution recognised or funded by the competent education authority). Submission of documentation proving participation in a European Union programme promoting educational exchange for students and teachers is considered sufficient. Original and photocopy.
Having financial means (documentation proving sufficient resources for the applicant and their family members during the period of residence in Spain and, in addition, having health insurance). Original and photocopy.
In the case of MINORS, birth certificate and passport or National Identity Document of the father or mother. Minors must always attend to obtain the EU Certificate accompanied by the father or mother. Original and photocopy.

DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR:

• Impreso de solicitud en modelo oficial (EX-18) por duplicado, debidamente cumplimentado y firmado por el ciudadano de la Unión. Dicho impreso se podrá obtener en este enlace.

• Pasaporte en vigor o Documento Nacional de Identidad de su país de origen (original y fotocopia).

• Documentación que acredite:

• Ser trabajador por cuenta ajena (declaración de contratación del empleador, o certificado de empleo, o contrato de trabajo registrado en el Servicio Público de Empleo, o documento de alta o situación asimilada al alta en el Régimen correspondiente de Seguridad Social o consentimiento de la comprobación de esos datos en la propia solicitud). Original y fotocopia.

• Ser trabajador por cuenta propia (inscripción en el censo de actividades económicas o inscripción en el registro mercantil o documento de alta o situación asimilada al alta en el Régimen correspondiente de Seguridad Social o consentimiento de la comprobación de esos datos en la propia solicitud). Original y fotocopia.

• Ser estudiante (seguro de enfermedad debe acreditarse, no basta que se haga una manifestación de que se posee, marcando la casilla a la que se hace referencia en la hoja informativa. El contenido de dicha hoja informativa será objeto de revisión, así como documentación de que acredita recursos suficientes para él y sus familiares en el período de residencia en España o aportación de una declaración responsable en ese sentido, y también matrícula del centro de enseñanza público o privado, reconocido o financiado por la Administración educativa competente). Se considera suficiente la presentación de documentación acreditativa de participar en un programa de la Unión Europea que favorezca el intercambio educativo para estudiantes y profesores. • Tener medios económicos (documentación de que acredita recursos suficientes para él y sus familiares en el período de residencia en España y, además, contar con un seguro de enfermedad). Original y fotocopia.

• En caso de MENORES de edad, certificado de nacimiento y pasaporte o Documento Nacional de Identidad del padre o la madre. Los menores deberán acudir siempre para obtener el Certificado UE acompañados del padre o la madre. Original y fotocopia.

Frequently asked questions

How does your service work?

We search and book your appointment with the details from the form. After you submit, we text you a tracking link so you can check status, make changes or cancel. When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.

How much does it cost?

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Do I have to pay before I have the appointment?

No. First we book the appointment; then you pay.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.

I already have a pending appointment. Can I still use the service?

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.

Can I keep searching on my own?

Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.

It depends on the procedure and province. The procedure page includes the official information. We are not a law firm or administrative agency.
