IMPORTANT NOTICE: This appointment is EXCLUSIVELY for INITIAL authorisations. Permanent ones may be submitted at any administrative registry, or by appointment at “REGISTRO” of this office.

You must provide the following documentation

  • Application form EX-19 and a copy.
  • Copy of the complete valid and current passport. If it has expired, a copy of it and of the renewal application must be provided. The original document must be shown when submitting the application.
  • Documentation proving the existence of a family relationship:
  • If applying as spouse or partner in a relationship analogous to marriage:
  • Updated marriage certificate, or certificate issued by the keeper of the corresponding partnership register. The civil status of the members of the unmarried couple must also be proven.
  • If applying as descendant of the Union citizen:
  • Birth certificate.
  • If applying as descendant of the spouse or partner of the Union citizen:
  • birth certificate.
  • If the descendant is over 21 years of age, documentation proving they live as a dependant or are incapacitated.
  • Marriage certificate or partnership register certificate of the Union citizen.
  • If the descendant is a minor, documentation proving that the spouse or partner of the Union citizen exercises sole parental authority, or that custody has been granted and they are effectively in their care.
  • If applying as ascendant of the Union citizen or their spouse:
  • Birth certificate of the Union citizen or of their spouse or partner.
  • Documentation proving they live as a dependant.
  • If they are an ascendant of the spouse or partner of the Union citizen, marriage certificate or partnership register certificate of the Union citizen.
  • Copy of the registration certificate of the Union citizen whom they accompany or are joining, or D.N.I. of the Spanish citizen.
  • Three recent colour photographs, white background, passport size.

AVISO IMPORTANTE: Esta cita es EXCLUSIVAMENTE para las autorizaciones INICIALES. Las permanentes, pueden presentarse en cualquier registro administrativo, o bien con cita previa en “REGISTRO” de esta oficina.

Deberán aportar la siguiente documentación:

• Modelo de solicitud EX-19 y copia.

• Copia del pasaporte completo válido y en vigor. En el supuesto de que esté caducado, deberá aportarse copia de éste y de la solicitud de renovación. Deberá exhibirse el documento original en el momento de presentar la solicitud.

• Documentación acreditativa de la existencia de vínculo familiar:

• Si solicita el cónyuge o pareja con relación análoga a la conyugal:

• Certificado de matrimonio actualizado, o certificación expedida por el encargado del registro de parejas correspondiente. Se debe acreditar también el estado civil de los miembros de la pareja de hecho.

• Si solicita el descendiente del ciudadano de la Unión:

• Certificado de nacimiento.

• Si solicita el descendiente del cónyuge o pareja del ciudadano de la Unión:

• certificado de nacimiento.

• Si el descendiente es mayor de 21 años,documentación acreditativa de vivir a cargo o estar incapacitado.

• Certificado de matrimonio o certificado del registro de parejas del ciudadano de la Unión.

• En caso de que el descendiente sea menor de edad,documentación acreditativa de que el cónyuge o la pareja del ciudadano de la Unión ejerce en solitario la patria potestad,o que se le haya otorgado la custodia y estén efectivamente a su cargo.

• Si solicita el ascendiente del ciudadano de la Unión o su cónyuge:

• Certificado de nacimiento del ciudadano de la Unión o de su cónyuge o pareja.

• Documentación acreditativa de vivir a cargo.

• Si es ascendiente del cónyuge o pareja del ciudadano de la Unión, certificado de matrimonio o certificado del registro de parejas del ciudadano de la Unión.

• Copia del certificado de registro del ciudadano de la Unión al que acompañan o van a reunirse o D.N.I. del ciudadano español.

• Tres fotografías recientes en color, en fondo blanco, tamaño carné.

When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.

How much does it cost?

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Do I have to pay before I have the appointment?

No. First we book the appointment; then you pay.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.

I already have a pending appointment. Can I still use the service?

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.

Can I keep searching on my own?

Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.

It depends on the procedure and province. The procedure page includes the official information. We are not a law firm or administrative agency.
