To submit initial applications you must attend on the day of the appointment with the residence authorisation application on official form EX-10 (pdf), original and copy.

WARNING: YOU MAY ONLY OBTAIN AND CONFIRM ONE APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME IMMIGRATION PROCEDURE. DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT

Labour roots (art.124.1):

Full passport or travel document or, where applicable, valid registration certificate.
Documents proving continuous residence in Spain for a minimum period of two years.
Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the applicant has resided during the five years immediately prior to entry into Spain, duly legalised
Judicial decision or administrative decision confirming the infringement report of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate recognising an employment relationship of not less than 6 months.

Social roots (art.124.2):

Full passport or travel document or, where applicable, valid registration certificate duly legalised.
Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the applicant has resided during the five years immediately prior to entry into Spain, duly legalised.
Documents proving continuous residence in Spain for a minimum period of three years.
Employment contract signed, at the time of application, by the worker and employer with a duration of not less than one year. Presentation of the contract may be waived where documentation is provided proving sufficient financial means or that these derive from self-employment, provided this is recommended by the social integration report issued by the Autonomous Community or Town Council.
Documents proving family ties with other resident foreign nationals (spouse, direct-line ascendants or descendants) or a report proving social integration issued by the Autonomous Community or Town Council where they have their habitual residence.

Family roots (art. 124.3 a and b):

Full passport or travel document or, where applicable, valid registration certificate.
Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the applicant has resided during the five years immediately prior to entry into Spain, duly legalised.
Documents proving the family tie.
Documents proving that the father or mother were originally Spanish (case of child of a Spanish parent by origin).
Documents proving the nationality of the minor (case of parent of a minor of Spanish nationality or of the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland).

DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR:

Arraigo laboral (art.124.1):

• Pasaporte completo o título de viaje o, en su caso, cédula de inscripción en vigor.

• Documentos que acrediten la permanencia continuada en España durante un periodo mínimo de dos años.

• Certificado de antecedentes penales expedido por las autoridades del país o países en el que el solicitante haya residido durante los cinco últimos años anteriores a su entrada en España, debidamente legalizado

• Resolución judicial o resolución administrativa confirmatoria del acta de infracción de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social que reconozca existencia de relación laboral no inferior a 6 meses.

Arraigo social (art.124.2):

• Pasaporte completo o título de viaje o, en su caso, cédula de inscripción en vigor debidamente legalizado.

• Certificado de antecedentes penales expedido por las autoridades del país o países en el que el solicitante haya residido durante los cinco últimos años anteriores a su entrada en España, debidamente legalizado.

• Documentos que acrediten la permanencia continuada en España durante un periodo mínimo de tres años.

• Contrato de trabajo firmado, en el momento de la solicitud, por el trabajador y empresario con duración no inferior a un año. Se podrá eximir la presentación del contrato en el supuesto de que se aporte documentación que acredite que se cuenta con medios económicos suficientes o que éstos derivan de una actividad por cuenta propia, y siempre que lo recomiende el informe de integración social que emita la Comunidad Autónoma del Ayuntamiento.

• Documentos que acrediten vínculos familiares con otros extranjeros residentes (cónyuge, ascendientes o descendientes en línea directa) o informe que acredite su integración social emitido por la Comunidad Autónoma o el Ayuntamiento en el que tenga su domicilio habitual.

Arraigo familiar (art. 124.3 a y b):

• Pasaporte completo o título de viaje o, en su caso, cédula de inscripción en vigor.

• Certificado de antecedentes penales expedido por las autoridades del país o países en el que el solicitante haya residido durante los cinco últimos años anteriores a su entrada en España, debidamente legalizado.

• Documentos que acrediten el vínculo familiar.

• Documentos que acrediten que el padre o la madre han sido originariamente españoles (supuesto de hijo de padre o madre español de origen).

• Documentos que acrediten la nacionalidad del menor (supuesto de padre o madre de menor de nacionalidad española o de la Unión Europea, Espacio Económico Europeo o Suiza).

Frequently asked questions

How does your service work?

We search and book your appointment with the details from the form. After you submit, we text you a tracking link so you can check status, make changes or cancel. When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.

How much does it cost?

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Do I have to pay before I have the appointment?

No. First we book the appointment; then you pay.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.

I already have a pending appointment. Can I still use the service?

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.

Can I keep searching on my own?

Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.
