Each office publishes its calendar per procedure (claiming or resuming benefit, annual statement, overpayments, certificates…). The site shows the offices near your postal code with their first slot; if there is none, the calendar is empty.
Slots reappear without notice when someone cancels. Our service checks SEPE's calendars continuously and books in your name the moment one appears; we receive the SMS confirmation code ourselves and message you on WhatsApp with the booking reference. You only pay if we get the appointment.

SEPE's site sends an SMS code to confirm the booking. When we book it, that SMS reaches a number of ours; you get the confirmation on WhatsApp.
