How to check or cancel a SEPE appointment

SEPE lets you check and cancel the appointment on the same booking site. You need the document you booked with, the booking reference from the confirmation and the office. If you cannot attend, cancel it: the slot goes to someone else.

Online

Open SEPE's appointment site and choose “Comprobar, modificar o cancelar la reserva”.
Enter your postal code and office, your DNI or NIE and the booking reference, and solve the captcha.
You will see your appointment; press cancel and confirm. The message “La cita ha sido cancelada con éxito” confirms it.

From your status page you can ask us to cancel it; we do it on SEPE's site and confirm back. You can also cancel it yourself with the steps above.

Where is the booking reference?

In the appointment confirmation. If we booked it, it is in the WhatsApp message and on your status page.

Can I change the appointment instead of cancelling?

Book a new one and cancel the old one; SEPE allows one active appointment per document for the same procedure.
