SOLICITUD DE AUTORIZACIONES
Get an appointment for Authorization applications in Biscay. Official information, available offices and automatic booking.
Anyone with cl@ve or a certificate can book an appointment to request initial authorisations, always stating the name of the applicant who will attend.

THIS IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT IS FOR RENEWAL, EXTENSION OR MODIFICATION OF IMMIGRATION AUTHORISATIONS
Other documentation (appeals, fees, reports or any required document) may be submitted at any Post Office to the Immigration Office in an open envelope, or at any administrative registry.

NOTE 1:
You do NOT need to visit the office to submit applications or documentation with a file number; this can be done ONLINE via the Public Administrations Electronic Headquarters (Procedures – Immigration – MERCURIO) with a digital certificate, representative or lawyer/social graduate/administrative agent with representation agreement, or at the following link.
Submit the signed form with all documentation. The electronic notification option requires a certificate linked to the DNI/NIE in the notifications address section; email alone is not sufficient.
NOTE 2:
In-person appointments for submitting applications are only for individuals without an electronic certificate who must appear at the Immigration Office. Otherwise the application may be inadmissible.
Professionals must relate electronically with the Administration (art. 14.2 Law 39/2015).
NOTE 3:
Do not book until you have all documentation.

ESTE TRÁMITE PRESENCIAL DE CITA PREVIA ES PARA SOLICITUDES DE RENOVACIÓN, PRÓRROGA O MODIFICACIÓN DE AUTORIZACIONES EN MATERIA DE EXTRANJERÍA
Para presentar OTRA DOCUMENTACIÓN (recursos, tasas, informes o cualquier otro escrito o documento requerido o que desee aportar) se puede presentar en cualquier oficina de Correos dirigida a la Oficina de Extranjería en sobre abierto para que conste la fecha de presentación del documento, o en cualquier otro registro administrativo.

PARA EVITAR DESPLAZAMIENTOS INNECESARIOS, LEA ATENTAMENTE ANTES DE SOLICITAR UNA CITA:
NOTA 1:
NO NECESITA ACUDIR A LA OFICINA para presentar todo tipo de solicitudes o presentar documentación con nº de expediente, se puede realizar TELEMÁTICAMENTE a través de la Sede Electrónica de Administraciones Públicas: (Procedimientos – Extranjería – MERCURIO), siempre que disponga de certificado digital, o a través de representante que sea un tercero, o a través de abogado, graduado social o gestor administrativo, colectivos que tienen convenio de habilitación para la representación de terceros o en el siguiente enlace.
Deberá presentar el formulario de solicitud rellenado y firmado con toda la documentación correspondiente. Tenga en cuenta que la opción de “comunicación y notificación por medios electrónicos”, situada en la parte inferior del impreso, requiere disponer de un certificado electrónico asociado al DNI o NIE que figure en el apartado “domicilio a efecto de notificaciones”. No es suficiente disponer de correo electrónico.
NOTA 2:
La cita previa para la presentación de todo tipo de solicitudes es exclusivamente para los ciudadanos particulares que no dispongan de certificado electrónico para poder presentar su solicitud por la Sede Electrónica (plataforma MERCURIO) y que reglamentariamente se les exige la personación en la Oficina de Extranjería. En otros supuestos sería causa de inadmisión.
Los profesionales tienen la obligación de relacionarse con la Administración por medios electrónicos (art. 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre).
NOTA 3:
No debería solicitar cita previa hasta que no disponga de la totalidad de la documentación.

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.
The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.
If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.
