EXTENSION OF STAY FOR STUDIES To submit the application you must attend on the day of the appointment with the application form for the Extension of Stay for research and studies, EX-00 (pdf), a free official form duly completed, original and copy.

You can obtain more information at this link: Immigration Offices Information READ CAREFULLY You must request an appointment within the sixty days prior to the expiry of the stay authorisation you intend to renew.
The application must be submitted in person by the foreign national before the body competent to process it, corresponding to the province where the student has established their domicile, except in the case of minors or incapacitated persons, in which case their legal representative may submit the application.

PRORROGA DE ESTANCIA POR ESTUDIOS Para presentar la solicitud deberá acudir el día de la cita con el impreso de solicitud de Prórroga de Estancia para investigación y estudios, EX-00 (pdf) modelo oficial gratuito debidamente cumplimentado, original y copia. NOTA: Para una información más detallada debe dirigirse a la Oficina o Unidad de Extranjeros de la provincia correspondiente. Puede obtener más información accediendo a éste enlace: Información Oficinas Extranjería LEE ATENTAMENTE Debe solicitar cita en el plazo de los sesenta días previos a la caducidad de la autorización de estancia que pretende renovar. La solicitud debe presentarse personalmente por el extranjero ante el órgano competente para su tramitación, correspondiente a la provincia donde el estudiante tenga fijado su domicilio, salvo en caso de menores o incapaces, en el que podrá presentar la solicitud su representante legal.
