Podrá obtener cita únicamente para realizar las siguientes gestiones:
• Obtención de la resolución no recibida de solicitudes resueltas, cuando hayan transcurrido más de 30 días desde la fecha de resolución.
• IMPORTANTE: En el supuesto de renovaciones resueltas favorablemente no se precisa obtener la resolución. Con la impresión de la pantalla de información del trámite que se puede obtener en el siguiente link puede acudir a la Comisaría de Policía de su localidad de residencia para la expedición de la Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero.
• Obtención de la tasa de residencia modelo 990 en procedimientos de renovación, cuando sea imposible la obtención de la misma en el siguiente link, por hacerse necesario el cambio de sujeto legitimado para su liquidación.
• Modificación del tipo de autorización (temporal o permanente) cuando se detecte, antes de la expedición de la Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero, que han sido valorados erróneamente en cuanto al tipo de autorización.
• Revisión de la resolución desfavorable recibida, cuando se desprenda que no se han tenido en cuenta documentos aportados (en diferentes Registros) después de la fecha de solicitud y antes de la fecha de notificación de la resolución.

When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.
It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.
The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.
