For applications for social, labour and training arraigo, do not request an appointment at the Immigration Office of Pontevedra for this procedure. Request it under the procedure TEMPORARY RESIDENCE AUTHORISATION FOR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARRAIGO at the Immigration Office of Vigo. To submit initial applications you must attend on the appointment day with the residence authorisation application on official form EX10 10-Formulario_CCEE.pdf (inclusion.gob.es), original and copy.

Para solicitudes de arraigo social, laboral y para la formación no pida cita en la sede de la Oficina de Extranjería de Pontevedra por este trámite. Solicítelo por el trámite AUT. DE RESIDENCIA TEMPORAL POR CIRCUNS.EXCEPCIONALES ARRAIGO en la sede de la Oficina de Extranjería de Vigo. Para presentar solicitudes iniciales se deberá acudir el día de la cita con la solicitud de autorización de residencia en modelo oficial EX10 10-Formulario_CCEE.pdf (inclusion.gob.es), original y copia.

DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR:
Arraigo familiar (art. 124.3 a, b y c):
• Pasaporte completo o título de viaje o, en su caso, cédula de inscripción en vigor.
• Certificado de antecedentes penales expedido por las autoridades del país o países en el que el solicitante haya residido durante los cinco últimos años anteriores a su entrada en España, debidamente legalizado.
• Documentos que acrediten el vínculo familiar.
• Documentos que acrediten que el padre o la madre han sido originariamente españoles (supuesto de hijo de padre o madre español de origen).
• Documentos que acrediten el parentesco y convivencia con un ciudadano de nacionalidad española (supuesto de familiar de un ciudadano de nacionalidad española).
