RESIDENCE AUTHORISATION FOR MINORS BORN IN SPAIN, CHILDREN OF RESIDENTS To submit initial applications you must attend on the day of the appointment with the residence authorisation application on the free official form EX-01 (pdf), original and copy.

Puede obtener más información accediendo a éste enlace: Información Oficinas Extranjería ACTUALMENTE NO PUEDEN SOLICITAR CITA POR INTERNET Las autorizaciones de residencia de menores o incapacitados no comunitarios hijos de ciudadanos de la Unión Europea no se tramitan por este sistema, sino por el previsto en el Reglamento de Comunitarios. Sí tienen cabida por este sistema cuando el ciudadano comunitario sea su representante legal mediante tutela válidamente constituida LEE ATENTAMENTE De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la disposición adicional tercera y el artículo 185 del Real Decreto 557/2011 del Reglamento de Extranjería.
