ACCESS TO 1st LONG-TERM RESIDENCE AND EU LONG-TERM RESIDENCE AUTHORISATION NOTICE: The application for this authorisation does not need to be submitted IN PERSON at the immigration office. It may be submitted electronically, exclusively before the processing body of the relevant province, through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, with a digital certificate, at the URL: https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/pagina/index/directorio/renovacion_telematica_extranjeria It may be submitted in person by the foreign worker or their representative.
It may also be submitted at any other public registry. You must submit the official application form EX-11 (pdf), indicating that it is a long-term OR EU long-term residence authorisation and the access case.

You can obtain more information at this link: Immigration Offices Information IMPORTANT: The general maximum period to notify resolutions is 3 months from the day following the date on which it was entered in the registry of the body competent to process it.

Puede ser presentada electrónicamente exclusivamente ante el órgano de tramitación de la provincia que corresponda a través de la sede electrónica del Ministerio de Política Territorial y Memoria Democrática, con certificado digital, en la url: https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/pagina/index/directorio/renovacion_telematica_extranjeria Se podrán presentar personalmente por el trabajador extranjero o su representante. También podrán presentarse en cualquier otro registro público. Debe presentar el modelo de solicitud oficial EX-11 (pdf), indicando que se trata de una autorización de larga duración O larga duración-CE y el supuesto de acceso. NOTA: Para una información más detallada debe dirigirse a la Oficina o Unidad de Extranjeros de la provincia correspondiente.
