READ CAREFULLY THIS APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FILE. To open a file you must obtain an appointment under the corresponding section. Information will be provided, exclusively, on procedures processed by the Santander Immigration Office under the Government Delegation.

In-person information

To receive general in-person information about immigration procedures you must request a prior appointment from this website.
Only the person in whose name the appointment was made will be attended, who must prove identity with their passport or other valid document.
Remember that if the information you request relates to a third party, you must provide the appropriate representation.
This appointment is NOT valid for information on procedures processed by the National Police Corps: International protection (Asylum) - Registration certificate - Travel document – Stateless person - Assignment of NIE number - Certificate of resident or non-resident - Invitation letter – Fingerprinting. For these you must contact the corresponding police authority.

All information and requirements on immigration procedures can be found on the website of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration.

LEA ATENTAMENTE ESTA CITA NO SERÁ VÁLIDA PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE LA SOLICITUD DE UN EXPEDIENTE. Para iniciar un expediente habrá de obtener la cita en el epígrafe correspondiente. Se facilitará información, exclusivamente, sobre procedimientos cuya tramitación sea competencia de la Oficina de Extranjería de Santander dependiente de la Delegación del Gobierno.

La Oficina de Santander (Cantabria), dispone de los siguientes sistemas de información:

Información presencial:

• Para recibir información general de forma presencial sobre trámites de extranjería deberá solicitar cita previadesde esta página web.

• Únicamente se atenderá a la persona a cuyo nombre figure la cita, que deberá acreditar con su pasaporte, u otro documento válido.

• Recuerde que, si la información que va a solicitar está referida a una tercera persona, deberá aportar la debida representación.

• Esta cita NOES VÁLIDA para información sobre procedimientos cuya tramitación es competencia del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía: Protección internacional (Asilo) - Cédula de inscripción - Título de viaje – Apátrida - Asignación del número NIE - Certificado de residente o de no residente - Carta de invitación – Toma de Huellas. Para ello ha de contactar con el organismo policial correspondiente.

Frequently asked questions

How does your service work?

We search and book your appointment with the details from the form. After you submit, we text you a tracking link so you can check status, make changes or cancel. When a slot opens, we book it in your name and notify you. We are a private service: we do not sell appointments and we are not the government.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

It depends on the procedure and province. We search 24/7; often a slot appears within days, but busy offices or constraints (a specific office…) can take longer.

How much does it cost?

The fee is €14.99 (VAT included) for any available office — the fastest option. Choosing a specific office adds €5.00 (total €19.99). You only pay if we secure your appointment. Official government fees are not included.

Do I have to pay before I have the appointment?

No. First we book the appointment; then you pay.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes. After you submit, you get a tracking link by SMS: from there you can check status, edit your details or cancel. To change procedure, province or office: cancel and start a new request.

I already have a pending appointment. Can I still use the service?

If you already have an active appointment for the same procedure, the office usually blocks another. Cancel yours first, then start the search with us.

Can I keep searching on my own?

Yes. If you get an appointment first, cancel your request from the tracking link so we do not book another one with your details.

What documents do I need?

It depends on the procedure and province. The procedure page includes the official information. We are not a law firm or administrative agency.
