That it be requested for the economic, professional or social interests of the foreign national.\n3. That the reasons for requesting assignment of the number be accredited.\nDOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED:\n1. Proof of appointment.\n2. Application form on official form (EX-15) in duplicate, duly completed and signed by the foreign national.\n3. Passport or valid identity document in force. Original and photocopy.\n4. Proof of the economic, professional or social reasons justifying the application.\nThe fees for assignment of the Foreigners' Identity Number (N.I.E.) must be paid prior to collection of the document on fee form model 790 code 012.\nDeadline for resolving the application: five days from entry of the application in the registry of the corresponding office for processing.",
