    "text": "INITIAL SELF-EMPLOYED WORK AND RESIDENCE To submit initial applications you must attend on the day of the appointment with the application for initial temporary residence and self-employed work authorisation on official form (EX-07) (pdf), original and copy. NOTE: For more detailed information you should contact the Immigration Office or Unit of the relevant province. DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT: Copy of the complete passport or travel document or, where applicable, a valid registration certificate. Criminal record certificate, issued by the authorities of the country of origin or provenance. Medical certificate. Qualification or accreditation that you possess the training required to practise the profession, where applicable, duly recognised. Accreditation that you have the necessary economic investment, or a commitment of support from financial institutions. Project of the establishment or activity to be carried out, indicating the planned investment, expected profitability and, where applicable, jobs whose creation is foreseen. List of the authorisations or licences required for the installation, opening or operation of the activity, indicating the status of the procedures, including, where applicable, the certificates of application before the relevant bodies.
