    "text": "Collection of CERTIFICATES will always be carried out by the holder or by the person designated by them by means of authorisation, except where the holder is a minor or a person with judicially supplemented capacity (see note).\nAt the time of collection, the passport or identity document, original and valid, must be presented, as well as the receipt given on the day of issuance.\nREGISTRATION CERTIFICATES and RETURN AUTHORISATIONS may only be collected in person except for the exceptions for minors and persons with judicially supplemented capacity, as indicated in point 1 of the note.\nNOTE:\n• In the case of minors or persons with judicially supplemented legal capacity, the person holding legal representation or an authorised representative may attend without the minor or incapacitated person, providing the documents necessary to prove such circumstance.\n• In the case of an authorised person, the document stating such authorisation must be provided.\n• Accessibility\n• Legal notice\n• Contact\n© State Digital Administration Agency",
