Current passport-size photo with a white background (the full oval of the face must be visible). Original documentation to be renewed (\"white sheet\" receipt or Red Card). Registration certificate (only if you wish to change the address shown on your documentation). In case of loss or theft, you must provide a police report. READ CAREFULLY IMPORTANT: The supporting document about the appointment obtained at the end of the process does not authorise stay or residence in Spain. VERY IMPORTANT: In the field \"Reason or type of appointment request\", you must enter the following additional information: International protection file number (if you already have it), Sex, Language, Address (Throughout the entire procedure you must report any change of address).",
