That is, the appointment will take place through an electronic device (PC, mobile phone or tablet), so you will not need to travel to the corresponding office.\nIf you request an information appointment by videoconference, make sure:\n- That you have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, a microphone and/or a webcam. When you connect to the room you must allow access to your camera and/or microphone; otherwise you will not be seen or heard. - That you provide a valid email address. When the time of your appointment arrives you will receive an email with a link to access a videoconference room.",
