To submit the application you must attend on the day of the appointment with the form corresponding to the procedure you requested it for, which you can find at this link. The form must be submitted duly completed (with an original and one copy). NOTE: For more detailed information you should contact the Immigration Office or Unit of the relevant province. You can obtain more information at this link: https://www.mptfp.gob.es/portal/delegaciones_gobierno/extranjeria/extranjeria_ddgg.htm READ CAREFULLY The application must be submitted in person by the foreign national before the body competent to process it, corresponding to the province where they reside, except in the case of minors or incapacitated persons, in which case their legal representation may submit the application, as indicated on the corresponding application sheet. Remember that the original documents must be submitted together with copies of them.",
