    "text": "CASES\n• Foreign national whose residence or stay authorisation is in a renewal or extension period and who proves having initiated the renewal or extension procedures for the title that authorises them to remain in Spain within the legal deadline.\n• Being the holder of a valid foreigner identity card and having submitted an application for a duplicate of said card due to theft, loss, destruction or damage.\n• Foreign national who has received a favourable decision on the initial application for residence authorisation or stay authorisation and for whom the Foreigner Identity Card is being issued, who proves that the travel responds to a situation of need and that exceptional reasons apply.\nDOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT\n• Appointment confirmation, where applicable.\n• Standardised application form which may be obtained from the following\n• Original and copy of the complete passport or validly issued travel document. The originals of said documents must be valid.\n• Fee form, Modelo 790, Código 012, which may be obtained through the following\nADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT DEPENDING ON THE CASE\n• Holder of a residence or stay authorisation who has applied for its renewal or extension:\n• Proof of the application.\n• Holder of an initial residence or stay authorisation, pending issuance of the foreigner identity card (TIE):\n• Documentation proving that the travel responds to a situation of need and that exceptional circumstances apply.\n• Holder of a valid foreigner identity card (TIE), in cases of theft, loss, destruction or damage of said card:\n• Proof of having reported the theft or loss to the Police Station or post of the Security Forces and Corps.\n• Proof of the application for a duplicate of the card.\nMore information about cl@ve",
