To submit initial applications you must attend on the appointment day with the residence authorisation application on official form EX10 10-Formulario_CCEE.pdf (inclusion.gob.es), original and copy.\nFee for temporary residence for exceptional circumstances Form 790 code 052, section 2.5 “temporary residence authorisation for exceptional circumstances”: to be paid by the foreign national.\nThe form may be downloaded and completed via the following link: Fees - Public Administrations (administracionespublicas.gob.es)\nNOTE: You may obtain more information via the following link: IMMIGRATION PORTAL. Residence authorisations for exceptional circumstances (inclusion.gob.es)\nDOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT:\nFamily arraigo (art. 124.3 a, b and c):\n• Complete passport or travel document or, where applicable, a valid registration certificate (cédula de inscripción).\n• Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the applicant has resided during the five years prior to entry into Spain, duly legalised.\n• Documents proving the family link.\n• Documents proving that the father or mother were originally Spanish (case of child of a father or mother Spanish by origin).\n• Documents proving kinship and cohabitation with a Spanish national (case of family member of a Spanish national).\n• Documents proving the nationality of the minor (case of father or mother of a minor of Spanish nationality or of the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland).
