    "text": "It is recommended to check the document expiry date to avoid becoming undocumented.\nIMPORTANT: For families, each member of the household must obtain a separate appointment.\nApplicant's rights:\n• to be documented as an applicant for international protection;\n• to free legal assistance and an interpreter;\n• to have their application communicated to ACNUR;\n• to the suspension of any return, expulsion or extradition procedure that could affect the applicant;\n• to know the content of the file at any time;\n• to healthcare under the conditions stated;\n• to receive specific social benefits on the terms set out in this Law.\nApplicant's obligations:\n• to cooperate with the Spanish authorities in the procedure for granting international protection;\n• to submit, as soon as possible, all elements that, together with their own statement, support their application. Among others, they may submit documentation on their age, past — including that of related relatives — identity, nationality or nationalities, previous places of residence, previous applications for international protection, travel itineraries, travel documents and reasons for requesting protection;\n• to provide their fingerprints, allow themselves to be photographed and, where applicable, consent to their statements being recorded, provided they have been previously informed of the latter;\n• to inform of their address in Spain and any change thereto;\n• likewise, to inform the competent authority or appear before it when required in relation to any circumstance of their application.",
