    "text": "DOCUMENTATION / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR ISSUANCE OF THE FOREIGNER IDENTITY CARD (TIE):\n• Application form model EX-17(pdf), completed and signed by the interested party.\n• Identity document, original and valid. Only the following are valid:\n• Passport of their country.\n• Registration certificate for undocumented foreigners issued by the Spanish authorities.\n• Travel document, validly issued and recognised by Spain.\n• Proof of payment of fee Model 790 Code 012 of the Ministry of the Interior. The copy must be correctly printed in its entirety; printouts in which the lower part of the document does not appear, containing the note \"Copy for the Administration\", will under no circumstances be accepted. The form is downloaded from the website of the Policía Nacional and must be completed with the details of the person who will be issued their TIE. Fee forms with crossings-out or corrected with correction fluid will not be accepted.\nTHE FEE FORM MUST NOT BE PHOTOCOPIED as each document is identified by a unique identifier.\n• A recent colour photograph of the applicant's face, size 32x26 millimetres, with a uniform plain white background, taken from the front with the head completely uncovered and without dark-lensed glasses or any other garment that may prevent or hinder identification of the person. (The photograph must clearly show the oval of the face, including eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth and chin, and must be high resolution and on good quality photographic paper).\n• Granting resolution of the permit granted, issued by the office of the Government Delegation.\n• If it is not the first time a Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) is issued to them, bring the previous one.
