    "text": "IMPORTANT: YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED AN AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT AT ANY POLICE STATION IN THE PROVINCE OF MÁLAGA, PROVIDED YOU ARE REGISTERED AS A RESIDENT IN THAT PROVINCE.\nYou must provide the following documents:\n• Application form and a copy, one for each guest https://sede.policia.gob.es/portalCiudadano/sede_electronica/extranjeria/carta_invitacion.pdf\n• Document on the availability of a dwelling:\n• If you are the owner:\n• recent simple note from the land registry\n• If you are not the owner:\n• recent simple note from the land registry and rental contract or other document proving availability of the dwelling\n• Original and copy of the passport of the host (or DNI) and of the guest (recommended for correct transcription of biographical data)\n• Fee correctly paid at any bank. The fee payment form must be downloaded from the Police portal at: https://sede.policia.gob.es/Tasa790_012/\nAdditionally:\n• If the application is made through a representative, such representation must be proven by any legally valid means that reliably records its existence, and the copy of the passport or identity document of the person represented must be certified or authenticated.\nImportant note: Translation: when documents from other countries are submitted, they must be translated into Spanish or the co-official language of the territory where the application is filed. Legalisation: Every foreign public document must first be legalised by the Spanish Consular Office with jurisdiction in the country where the document was issued or, where applicable, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, except where the document has been apostilled by the competent authority of the issuing country under the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, or where the document is exempt from legalisation under an International Convention.
