DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT FOR INITIAL APPLICATIONS Complete passport or travel document or, where applicable, a valid registration certificate. Copy of the complete valid passport of the family member to be reunited. Documentation proving the family ties. Documentation proving age and legal and economic dependency, where applicable. Residence authorisation, or residence and work authorisation already renewed, or jointly the first authorisation and the receipt of the renewal application of the reuniting party. Documentation proving employment and/or sufficient economic resources to meet the family's needs. Documentation proving guaranteed healthcare, in the event that it is not covered by Social Security. Report issued by the Local Authority certifying the availability of adequate housing (which may be replaced by a mixed notarial deed if 30 days have passed since its request without it having been issued, accompanied by the request for that report).
