    "text": "You may book an appointment only to carry out the following procedures:\n• Obtaining a decision not received on resolved applications, when more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of the decision.\n• IMPORTANT: In the case of renewals resolved favourably, it is not necessary to obtain the decision. With the printout of the procedure information screen that can be obtained at the following link, you may go to the Police Station in your place of residence for issuance of the Foreigner Identity Card.\n• Obtaining the residence fee form modelo 990 in renewal procedures, when it is impossible to obtain it at the following link, because a change of the legitimated party for its payment is necessary.\n• Modification of the type of authorisation (temporary or permanent) when it is detected, before issuance of the Foreigner Identity Card, that they have been incorrectly assessed as to the type of authorisation.\n• Review of an unfavourable decision received, when it appears that documents submitted (at different Registries) after the application date and before the date of notification of the decision were not taken into account.",
