The prior appointment ticket can only be collected up to 30 minutes before the assigned time.\nIt is recommended to check the document expiry date to avoid being undocumented.\nIMPORTANT: If families formalised on the same day (same-day interview), request only 1 appointment per family unit and state in observations how many people are in the family unit.\nApplicant's rights:\n• to be documented as an applicant for international protection;\n• to free legal assistance and an interpreter;\n• to have their application communicated to UNHCR;\n• to the suspension of any return, expulsion or extradition proceedings that may affect the applicant;\n• to know the contents of the file at any time;\n• to healthcare under the conditions set out;\n• to receive specific social benefits under the terms laid down in this Law.\nApplicant's obligations:\n• to cooperate with the Spanish authorities in the procedure for granting international protection;\n• to submit, as soon as possible, all elements which, together with their own declaration, help substantiate their application. Among others, they may submit any documentation they have regarding their age, background —including that of related relatives—, identity, nationality or nationalities, places of previous residence, previous applications for international protection, travel itineraries, travel documents and the reasons for seeking protection;\n• to provide their fingerprints, allow themselves to be photographed and, where applicable, consent to their statements being recorded, provided they have been previously informed about this last point;\n• to report their address in Spain and any change thereto;\n• likewise, to inform the competent authority or appear before it when required in relation to any circumstance of their application.",
