    "text": "CASES\n• Foreign national whose residence or stay authorisation is in a renewal or extension period and who proves having started renewal or extension of the title enabling them to remain in Spain within the legal deadline.\n• Holder of a valid foreigner identity card (TIE) who has applied for a duplicate of that card due to theft, loss, destruction or damage.\n• Foreign national who has obtained a favourable decision on the initial residence or stay authorisation application and while the TIE is being issued, proves that the trip responds to a situation of need and exceptional reasons concur.\nDOCUMENTATION TO PROVIDE\n• Proof of appointment, where applicable.\n• Standardised application form standardised form that can be obtained at the following\n• Original and copy of the complete passport or validly issued travel document.
