    "text": "DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT WITH THE APPLICATION:\nhttps://www.inclusion.gob.es/web/migraciones/w/18.-autorizacion-de-residencia-temporal-de-familiares-de-personas-con-nacionalidad-espanola\nNote: as a general rule, copies of documents must be provided and the originals shown when submitting the application.\n• Application form on the official model (EX – 24), duly completed and signed by the foreign national.\n• Concerning the family member of Spanish nationality:\n1. Full copy of a valid passport or national identity document.\n2. In cases of applications for a spouse or partner, a responsible declaration that no other spouse or partner resides with them in Spain.\n• Concerning the foreign family member:\n1. Full copy of a valid passport or travel document.\n2. Documentation proving the family relationship with the family member of Spanish nationality.\n3. Where required, documentation proving that the family member is dependent on the family member of Spanish nationality.\n4. In the case of other family members (case i. of the list of situations described above), dependency, cohabitation, degree of kinship and, where applicable, the existence of serious health reasons or disability must be proven.\n5. In the case of a stable partner, documentation justifying the existence of a stable relationship with the partner of Spanish nationality, the period of cohabitation and, where applicable, the birth certificate of common descendants.\n• Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the person has resided during the five years prior to entry into Spain.\n• Medical certificate stating that the person does not suffer from any of the diseases with public health implications under the International Health Regulations of 2005.\nNote: Submission of the medical certificate proving that the foreign national does not suffer from any disease that may have serious public health implications under the International Health Regulations of 2005 is not required in cases where, under the RLOEx, the residence authorisation is applied for while the person is in Spain.\nIn the case of a second marriage, proof of dissolution of the previous marriage(s). Proof may be judicial or notarial, depending on the legislation of each country.",
