    "text": "FAMILY MEMBERS OF EU RESIDENTS To submit the application you must attend on the day of the appointment with the application form for the Residence Card of a Family Member of a Union citizen, EX-19 (pdf), a free official form duly completed, original and copy. NOTE: For more detailed information you should contact the Immigration Office or Unit of the relevant province. You can obtain more information at this link: Immigration Offices Information READ CAREFULLY The application must be submitted in person by the non-EU applicant before the body competent to process it, corresponding to the province where the locality in which they are registered (empadronado) is located. If the application is made on behalf of a minor, the legal representative must submit it, and the presence of that minor in Spain must be proven. In the case of renewal, the application must be submitted during the month prior to the expiry of the residence card; it may also be submitted within the three months following that expiry date, without prejudice to any applicable administrative penalty. Foreign certificates of family relationship must be duly translated and/or legalised.",
