        "Check on sede.dgt.gob.es or in the miDGT app whether your procedure can be done online: many need no appointment and no trip.",
        "Open the DGT appointment site (sedeclave.dgt.gob.es) and choose the Traffic office.",
        "Select the area of your procedure: you will only be served in the area listed for that office.",
        "Enter your DNI, NIE or passport (and the representative's if someone else goes) and pick a day and time.",
        "Download the PDF confirmation; the DGT also e-mails it. You can also book by calling 060."

        "Always: valid DNI, NIE, passport or residence permit and the appointment confirmation.",
        "Drivers: your licence and, for renewals or duplicates, the medical fitness report when required and the paid fee.",
        "Vehicles: registration certificate and technical sheet; for transfers, the sale contract, road tax up to date and the paid fee.",
        "Fines: the notice or file number. Paying fines, naming the driver or filing objections can be done without an appointment.",
        "If a representative goes: the signed «Otorgamiento de representación» form and the holder's ID."

        "The appointment is free. The procedure fees (licence renewal, transfer, duplicate…) are paid separately to the DGT, usually online before the day, and you bring the receipt.",
        "If you want us to watch for slots for you, our service is only charged if we get the appointment; DGT fees are not included."

      "answer": "People aged 65 or over can go without an appointment during each office's priority hours, except for exchanging licences from treaty countries, which always needs one."
